Whitmore Life Financial L.L.C, doing business as Elev8 Life Group ("ELEV8 LIFE") operates a text messaging program used to contact applicants and prospective agents about their application status, interview scheduling, onboarding, licensing, and related recruiting communications.

3.2 Opt-in and consent. By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from Whitmore Life Financial L.L.C, doing business as Elev8 Life Group ("ELEV8 LIFE") at the mobile number you provided, including messages delivered using an automatic telephone dialing system or pre-recorded voice technology. You confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of employment or of receiving any service from Whitmore Life Financial L.L.C, doing business as Elev8 Life Group ("ELEV8 LIFE").

3.3 Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.

3.4 Fees. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details.

3.5 Opt-out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send you. After you send "STOP" we will send you a confirmation message and stop sending SMS messages. To re-subscribe, opt in again through one of our forms.

3.7 Supported carriers. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and most other US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3.8 Privacy. No mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

3.9 Email communications. You may also receive email communications from Whitmore Life Financial L.L.C, doing business as Elev8 Life Group ("ELEV8 LIFE") related to your application. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Transactional and application-related emails will continue as required.

3.10 Compliance. ELEV8 LIFE complies with all applicable federal and state laws, the TCPA, CTIA messaging guidelines, and wireless carrier requirements regarding SMS messaging.
