Program description. Whitmore Life Financial L.L.C, doing business as Elev8 Life Group ("ELEV8 LIFE") operates an SMS messaging program used to contact applicants and prospective agents about their application, interviews, onboarding, licensing, and related recruiting communications.

Opt-in. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our application or website forms and submitting your mobile phone number. By opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from Whitmore Life Financial L.L.C, doing business as Elev8 Life Group ("ELEV8 LIFE"), including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or pre-recorded voice technology. Consent is not a condition of employment or of receiving any service.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.

Fees. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details.

Supported carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and most other US carriers.

No sharing of SMS opt-in data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the site may not function correctly.

We share data only with vetted service providers (such as our CRM, hosting, email, and SMS messaging providers) that are bound by confidentiality and process data on our behalf. Our site and recruiting program are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
